Burny onion death

In creating this dinner, I also killed some onion. Sad, sad onion. Sad, burny onion death.

I started onion a second time and pulled the rest of dinner off without a hitch. Awesome.

  • 1/2 package Jennie-O Cajun Style turkey breast
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbspEarth Naturals buttery spread
  • 1-1/2 c Jasmine rice
  • 1 can Red kidney beans
  • 4 long banana peppers
  • Onion
  • A1 sauce
  • Sprinkle cheese
  1. Start rice in rice cooker. I used the “brown rice” setting on mine.
  2. Cut up turkey breast and set aside.
  3. Open can of beans and set aside.
  4. Warm butter in pan. Add onion and sautee.
  5. When onion is partly sauteed, add peppers.

  6. When onion is done sauteed, the peppers will be at the sauteedness they need for you to add the turkey and beans.
  7. When the mix is about done, add the rice to it, stir well. I added a bit more butter, at this point, and this is also when I drizzled A1 over the top before stirring that in, too.

It was a very good dinner, one of my better meals.
